After some months, I decided that I would like to make a journey to Las Vegas, since I had never been there and since I had always heard that it was a city you would never forget once you had visited.
I looked around for certain airline ticket deals that would allocate me to save little money for the slots, and certain enough, I got one for under $300, with option of adding a hotel room and rental car for not much more.
What I have understood is that in this bad economy, the airlines are starting to realize that they can't charge people similar rates they were some years ago and still expect the same kind of business, so they are starting to cut down to get more passengers.
I have continued to research, and I've noticed that affordable airline last minute deals to come along on a regular basis for numerous cities all over the United States and around the globe. You only have to keep on the lookout and be prepared to travel within some weeks.
I make it a point to look into these kinds of deals each week and try to get new destinations to which I could plan a trip, thus I am constantly asking friends and relatives if they know anyone in Seattle, or Chicago or Boston.
